I began my fitness journey with Andrew and Fit Forward pre-COVID, initially through online training, and eventually progressed to in-person sessions. For years, I struggled with sticking to any gym or training regimen. I always felt out of place and battled an inferiority complex.

What Fit Forward and Andrew offered was more than just a gym; it was a platform and an environment where worries faded away. They reshaped my approach to training, teaching me to value consistency and long-term results over immediate gratification.

Post-40, I’ve completed a Hyrox, two half marathons, and I’m gearing up for a full marathon and another Hyrox.

My advice? Ignore the naysayers and understand that with the right support and environment, anything is achievable.
