❓What is Fit Forward and how is it different from a regular gym?
Fit Forward is a group training facility in Preston built for real people who want real results. We’re not a commercial gym where you’re left to figure it out alone — we coach, guide, and support you every step of the way. It’s coaching, community, and accountability — not just access.
❓Do I need to be fit before I start?
Not at all. Many of our members were starting from scratch — some hadn’t exercised in years. We meet you at your level and help you build from there, safely and confidently.
❓What type of training do you offer?
Our sessions combine strength training, cardio conditioning, and functional fitness — all designed to help you build muscle, burn fat, and improve how you move in everyday life.
❓How much support do I get outside of the sessions?
Loads. We provide personalised nutrition guidance, progress check-ins, body scans, and ongoing support through our app and coaching team. You’re never left on your own.
❓How do your transformation challenges work?
We run 28-day and 6-week programs throughout the year. They include structured training, nutrition coaching, accountability, and full support. It’s designed to create long-term change — not just short-term results.
❓Do you offer pay-as-you-go sessions?
We only offer pay-as-you-go for our Red Zone sessions — these are our high-intensity, conditioning-based classes that anyone can jump into.
For our core programs (like Build & Burn or strength blocks), we run structured 8 and 12-week blocks. These aren’t available for drop-ins, and here’s why:
The movements we cover in those sessions require proper progression, coaching, and familiarity. We wouldn’t feel comfortable having someone jump in mid-way without first going through our Fundamentals — because your safety, results, and long-term progress matter more than a quick workout.
❓What results can I expect?
That depends on your goals and consistency. Our members have lost weight, gained strength, run marathons, rebuilt after injuries, and more. We focus on real, sustainable results — not gimmicks or quick fixes.
❓Is this just for young, super-fit people?
Definitely not. We coach mums, dads, busy professionals, people in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond. If you want to feel fitter, stronger, healthier — and be part of a supportive community — you’ll fit right in.
❓Do you offer nutrition plans or just workouts?
Both. We’ve created easy-to-follow meal plans, high-protein recipes, and even “lazy” options for people on the go. We’ll help you understand food, not just follow another diet.
❓Do you offer a free trial or drop-in sessions?
No — and that’s intentional.
We put serious effort into your first 6 weeks:
