Fit Forward Open Week – Train With Us in Preston (28th March – 3rd April)
Fit Forward has officially levelled up.
After expanding into our brand new space, we’re opening the doors and inviting people to experience what makes our gym different.
From 28th March to 3rd April, we’re hosting a Fit Forward Open Week, where a limited number of people can come and train with our community, meet the coaches, and see why so many people in Preston are choosing Fit Forward as their gym.
But this isn’t your typical “free gym week”.
This is a chance to experience real coaching, real training and a real community.
What is Fit Forward Open Week?
Fit Forward Open Week is a limited opportunity for non-members to train with us and experience the type of coaching our members get every day.
If you’ve been thinking about improving your fitness, getting stronger, or joining a gym in Preston that actually supports you — this is the perfect time to try it.
During the week you’ll be able to:
• Train inside our brand new training space
• Experience coach-led group training sessions
• Meet the Fit Forward community
• Train alongside members who support each other
• Learn how we help everyday people build strength, fitness and confidence
We keep our coaching personal, so spaces are limited to just 10 people for the week.
A Big Finish: Good Friday DJ Workout
To celebrate the end of Open Week, we’re finishing with something special.
On Good Friday, we’ll be hosting a Live DJ Workout Night inside the gym.
Expect:
🎧 A live DJ bringing the energy
💪 A full group workout under the lights
☕ Post-workout brunch & coffee
👊 Members and visitors training together
It’s going to feel more like a fitness party than a workout.
Our Biggest Competition Yet
To celebrate the launch of our new space, we’re also running our biggest Fit Forward competition yet during Open Week.
We’ll be giving away prizes to people who take part in the week, including:
• Fit Forward training experiences
• Coaching prizes
